Since the late 1970's, AMAC Corrosion has been providing innovative cathodic protection systems to a wide range ofindustries including mining, construction, manufacturing, petrochemical, pipelines, shipyards and government bodies.
The M/1 is known Worldwide as the best choice for the inspection of thin film coatings (0 to 20 mils). The M-1 now uses a 9v battery which can be replaced without opening the instrument case. With on-board calibration verification, the M/1 can be checked in the field with no other test apparatus needed. An LED lights on the front panel when the unit is in calibration and when a holiday is detected. The M/1 comes complete ready go to work right out of the box. Headphones may be used in noisy environments that drown out the normal audio signal.
