Half Circle Spring Electrodes

The Half Circle Stainless Spring Electrode will cover and inspect 180 degrees of coated pipe surface, pipes with fittings, T’s, bends, or other inclusions that may hamper the use of Full Circle Spring Electrodes.

Available for Pipe Diameters of ¾” through 14”
Stainless Steel, square cut construction for intimate contact with pipe coating surface
Inspects over 180 degrees of pipe circumference.
All aluminum couplings include bearings for easy rolling down pipe.
Works with High Voltage Models APS, AP/W, and HD-AC

Full Circle Spring Electrodes

The Full Circle Stainless Spring Electrode will cover and inspect a full 360-degree coated pipe surface.

Available sizes based on pipe O.D. 4” OD to 50” OD, in 2” increments.
Stainless Steel, square cut construction for intimate contact with pipe coating surface
Easy to wrap around pipe and push to inspect.
Includes all-aluminum spring couplings w/bearings for easy rolling down the pipe.
Works with High Voltage Models APS, AP/W, and HD-AC

For pipe sizes greater than 50” O.D. additional accessories are required to connect multiple springs to meet desired O.D.

Silicone Rubber Brush Electrodes

Made from a unique combination of silicone rubber and carbon, this soft silicone rubber brush electrode meets many different requirements and applications.

This versatile electrode is perfect for inspecting any smooth coated surface applied to pipes, tanks, rail cars, concrete structures, and just about any conductive substrate with a non-conductive coating.

Available in widths of 2” through 48”.

The Wire Brush Electrode meets many different requirements and applications, especially for coated surfaces that have uneven surfaces or tight corners such as pipe weld joints, flanges, fittings, bolts, etc..

This soft versatile electrode is also perfect for inspecting smooth-coated pipes, tanks, rail cars, concrete structures, and just about any conductive substrate with a non-conductive coating.

Available in 4” through 48” widths.
Flat Brush Style Electrode
Soft, small individual Stainless-Steel wires make up the brush but will not harm the coating.
Recommended for use on structures with odd shapes or angles, to keep intimate contact with the coating surface.

Made from a unique combination of silicone rubber and carbon, this full-circle internal soft silicone rubber electrode meets many different requirements and applications.

Internal leg supports can be added to the center to support the electrode to ensure intimate contact between the electrode and the coating.

Used to inspect coatings inside pipes.
