 DESCRIPTION
Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) is generally applied to Titanium Rod, Mesh, Wire, Tubes or Ribbon anodes.
APPLICATION(S)
MMO coating is suitable for use in soils, carbonaceous backfill, fresh and brackish water, seawater and concrete. MMO coating is generally accepted by the cathodic protection industry to be satisfactory for both chlorine and oxygen evolving electrolytes.

Coating loadings can be increased or decreased depending on expected lifetime of the structure and current density requirements of the structure.

Current density should be determined in accordance with brackish water resistivity.
